Microsoft is doing its best to explain what happened during Modern Warfare 2′s Stimulus Package DLC launch yesterday on the Xbox 360. They are claiming that the title updates and and the DLC Stimulus Package were released in the wrong order.
More...Activision has recently confirmed that it will be releasing its first DLC map pack for Modern Warfare 2 called the “Stimulus Package” on March 30th. They plan to release the DLC to Xbox Live first and give Silver members a chance to try out the online play.
