BioWare is an electronic entertainment company specializing in creating computer, handheld, and console video games.  Founded in 1995, they are located in Alberta, Canada and Austin, Texas and employs over 400 people between the two locations.  In 2008, BioWare was acquired by Electronic Arts, Inc.  BioWare is most recently known for Mass Effect.
