Taking place a few years after the original, there have been some new gangs that have been able to make a home in Stilwater.  At the same time, you will have to face a new enemy in a company called the Ultor Corporation who is pumping millions of dollars into projects to rebuild the city.  As leader of the Saints, you will have to do whatever it takes to protect your gang for all your enemies.
