After many months of small hints, EA and Visceral Games have officially announced Dead Space 2 is in the works. EA also released some juicy details about Dead Space 2 and what can be expected from the highly anticipated sequel.

The final reports are in. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has sold over 4.7 million copies on its opening day, November 10th. And that’s just for the U.S. and U.K.

There seems to be some issues coming up with the PS3 version of Modern Warfare 2. A small, but annoying, issue arose yesterday when players started to notice that they were not getting awarded trophies for their multiplayer achievements.

Visceral Games, the developers behind Dead Space, has announced that a demo for Dante’s Inferno will be released some time in December 2009. The ‘Gates of Hell’ demo will include the entire opening level and introduce players to the game’s hero, epic storyline, and intense gameplay.

Sony announced that Netflix will indeed be coming to a PS3 near you very soon. Netflix and Sony have partnered to bring thousand of movies and TV shows to the PS3, adding to the growing list of devices that are Netflix ready.
