Here is a hilarious video that pokes fun at all those people out there that desperately NEED an iPhone, but have no idea why. This video was created by a Best Buy employee named Brian Maupin who has now received some negative attention from his employer because of the video. The video upset Best Buy so much, that they actually suspended and threatened to fire Brian. Best Buy released a statement saying that it was actually some of his other videos, that supposedly made disparaging remarks about other employees and vendors, that caught their attention. Best Buy has decided to let Brian stay, but he has said he might not want to go back.
This video is humorous to me because this sounds exactly like a conversation I had with my boss not long ago. He was trying to convince me why his iPhone was so much better than my Droid, but he couldn’t give me any reasons why. He insists to this day that the iPhone will rule the world, even when he has to call the office from Chicago on someone else’s cell phone because his iPhone has NO service and can’t send any email. I like my Droid, but if ANY phone I owned didn’t perform its basic function of making calls, it would have to go.
